Harold Spicer

Your Keleowna real estate specialist

KooCal Real Estate is built on a long-time connection from Calgary to Lake Koocanusa and the East Kootenays. For over 20 years, our family has spent time at our vacation home at the lake, enjoying the water, the mountains, and the nearby communities that make this region such a special place to own recreation and lifestyle property.

We understand that buying or selling a recreation property or your forever home is a major decision, and we believe it starts with a simple conversation. No pressure, no agenda, no stress, and no commitments — just a relaxed discussion to understand your goals, expectations, and the best path forward. If you are thinking about buying or selling in the East Kootenays, we would love to connect.
